Vicki Laird Has the Skills to Help Businesses Grow as an ActionCOACH

Vicki Laird saw what an ActionCOACH did for her partner's business and once she realized how the methodology of ActionCOACH fit with her experience, skills and passion to help others, becoming an ActionCOACH Business Coach was the logical next step.

"When my partner, Nick, decided to work with an ActionCOACH I watched the effect it had on him and the business," Laird said. "It gave him control and structure in his business, providing him with new skills, accountability and freedom of choice and I saw this as a natural fit for my experience."

Laird's passion for helping others achieve their full potential enables her to deliver results for her Action Coach clients. She has 21 years sales experience, culminating in senior roles within Media and the Hospitality Industry, where she successfully led and developed numerous individuals and teams. She holds a Business Finance and Marketing degree and is an experienced Manager, Trainer and Sales Performance Coach.

Laird is a member of BNI, 4N Networking, Women in Business and First Friday Networking Portsmouth. Aside from coaching businesses, Laird's passions are travel, history and cooking.

She will be a business coach working with Gary Mullins out of ActionCOACH Portsmouth, where she will help businesses located throughout the area. Her Master Licensee is Mike Maguire.

Laird began her journey as an ActionCOACH in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here she spent 10 days training with other new business coaches and franchise owners from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.
