Studio 6 Unveils Updated Rooms in Seattle-Mountlake Terrace, Kicking off Network-Wide Renovation

New Room Showcases Updated Style, Comfort and Value

August 31, 2011 // Franchising.com // DALLAS, Texas – Studio 6, known for putting more in your room and less on your bill, announces the completion of its renovated location in Seattle – Mountlake Terrace. The Mountlake Terrace location is the first Studio 6 in North America to showcase the renovated rooms, kicking off a network-wide renovation effort for the brand.

To celebrate the renovation and to showcase the new room features, Studio 6's general manager, Ayesha Sheikh, and the Mountlake Terrace team welcomed community members and guests earlier this month at an on-site celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony, offering tours of the renovated guestrooms.

"The new room features and updates will bring added style and comfort to our guests in the Seattle area," said Ryan Reed, area manager for Studio 6. "We're proud to have launched the renovation effort in Washington and are eager to see the renovations throughout the network."

The updates include wood-effect laminate flooring made of 80% pre-consumer recycled material; a new bright and simple color scheme; updated bathroom with granite countertops and a flat-screen TV, in addition to Studio 6's standard amenities including a fully-furnished kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cook-top stove and dinnerware. Three Studio 6 renovations are slated to begin next year, including locations in Salt Lake City and Phoenix.
