This initiative is part of a multi-year master license agreement with Frisby S.A. to develop a minimum of 20 Sarku Japan® restaurants over the next 10 years.

Frisby intends to open five more restaurants before the end of this year: 3 in Medellin (El Tesoro Mall, Oviedo Mall and Molinos Mall) one in Cali (Chipichape Mall) and one in Bogota (Calima Mall). Selected Frisby personnel were trained by a Sarku Japan® franchise operations team to ensure high quality food and service were in place at each of the new restaurants.
