Cinnabon Secrets Exposed by Food Hacker Todd Wilbur

CMT's "Top Secret Recipe" Features Cinnabon Classic Roll on Friday, Oct.14

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - Oct 12, 2011) - Cinnabon fans often request the recipe to bake a home version of the Cinnabon Classic Roll. For years Todd Wilbur has shared secret recipes in cookbooks and on talk shows. Now he has a show where he goes undercover to expose these secrets, and Cinnabon is on his list.

Cinnabon will be featured this Friday, Oct. 14 on CMT's new series titled "Top Secret Recipe." The hour-long episode shows host Todd Wilbur trying to crack the Cinnabon recipe in just three days. Todd uses trial and error to copy the Cinnabon Classic Roll from scratch only to go up against a panel of judges for a blind taste test.

The show also looks into the history of the Cinnabon brand, featuring interviews with the co-founder and current franchise partner Greg Komen and the creator of the roll "CinnaMom" chef Jerilyn Brusseau.

The "Top Secret Recipe" episode featuring Cinnabon will premiere at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Friday, Oct. 14.
