Uniondale, Long Island, New York, October 14, 2011 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that it has hosted a successful and well-received seminar focused on Industrial Development Agency (IDA) transactions. Entitled Harnessing the Power of the IDA: Economic Incentives That Drive Growth and Profitability, the breakfast seminar was presented to an overflow audience on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the law firm’s offices atop RXR Plaza in Uniondale, New York.

The seminar was moderated by Ruskin Moscou Faltischek partner Eric C. Rubenstein, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Panelists included Edward A.
