Salad Franchise’s Location Opening In Annapolis Towne Centre, On Town Centre Boulevard
October 17, 2011 // Franchising.com // CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. – Saladworks, the nation’s number-one fresh salad franchise, will open its first Annapolis-area store in Annapolis Towne Centre at 1901 Towne Centre Blvd. on Tuesday, October 18.
The Annapolis Towne Centre Saladworks is owned and operated by childhood friends, Derek Morrell of Severna Park and Nicole Roudiez of Annapolis. While this is their first Saladworks, both have backgrounds in the food-service industry.
“Derek and I are excited to bring this healthy option to the Annapolis area,” Roudiez said. “The area is an untapped market for Saladworks and we think the concept will do well here.”
This is the first of three stores the pair will be opening in the Annapolis area. To celebrate, they’ll be having an opening special - $5 salads all day on 11/1.
“The Annapolis store is another brick in Saladworks’ strong foundation,” said chairman and CEO John Scardapane. “We hope the people in the area become as fanatical about enjoying our salads as we are about creating them.”
