New Texas Quick Service Restaurant Location Adds To Vast Concept Portfolio

Located at the Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets in Mercedes, Texas, this quick service restaurant will mark the ninth South Philly Steaks & Fries concept location when it celebrates its grand opening on Oct. 17.
