Weichert, Realtors(R) - New Colony's David Vane Takes the Gavel at HCAR 50th Anniversary Installation Event

Weichert, Realtors® - New Colony agents are honored at the HCAR 50th anniversary installation event.

Weichert® agent Renee Mankoff honored as "Rookie Realtor of the Year" and Gold Services partner Scott Berngartt is "Affiliate of the Year."

Columbia, MD, October 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Howard County Association of REALTORS® 50th Anniversary Installation event was a big day for Weichert, Realtors®– New Colony. The celebration, held October 18 at Turf Valley Resort, saw Weichert Broker/Owner David Vane take the gavel as HCAR 2011-2012 president, while the agency’s Renee Mankoff was honored as the association’s “Rookie REALTOR® of the Year” and Weichert® Gold Services partner Scott Berngartt was named HCAR Affiliate of the Year.

Mankoff earned the top “rookie” award, according to HCAR criteria, as an agent who demonstrated “excellence in knowledge, work production, civic activity and service to local, stage and/or national associations.”

Vane’s partner and General Manager Michael McKenna and the sales team were on hand to congratulate the honorees, along with the franchise organization’s Vice President/Business Development Mark Hanna and Regional Service Manager Christian Hartman. “I was glad to have been a part of the impressive amount of ‘yellow’ yesterday,” Hanna said in congratulating everyone.
