Jim Snyder of Logan County Named Donatos Franchise Partner of the Year
Local businessman earns top honors for a second time
November 01, 2011 // Franchising.com // COLUMBUS, Ohio – Donatos Pizza has named Jim Snyder, the owner and operator of the Bellefontaine Donatos Pizza, Franchise Partner of the Year. Snyder, who has been a franchise partner for 19 years, also received the recognition in 1993.
“With his commitment to excellence and outstanding community involvement, Jim Snyder exemplifies what we look for in a Donatos franchise partner,” said Tom Krouse, president and CEO of Donatos Pizza. “While Donatos has many great franchise partners, Jim’s exceptional performance stood out and earned him this annual distinction.”
Donatos chooses its Franchise Partner of the Year by scoring a series of categories, including sales performance, adherence to operational standards, overall business growth and the facilitation of a positive culture. The franchise partner who has the highest score across all categories receives the award.
“It’s an honor to be recognized a as Franchise Partner of the Year,” Snyder said. “Our management team and associates are a great group of folks who are committed in doing what it takes to make sure we exceed our customers’ expectations. In addition to being named Franchise Partner of the Year for a second time, Snyder received the Promise Light Award in 1994. The Promise Light Award is given to Franchise Partners who best represent the mission of Donatos Pizza to promote goodwill through products, service, principles and people. Snyder, who has also been recognized locally for his contributions to education, currently sits on the board for the Logan County Area Chamber of Commerce.
