Gray Plant Mooty will be featured as a 2012 “Go-To Law Firm” in the ninth annual edition of “In-House Law Departments at the Top 500 U.S. Companies,” a guide published by ALM Media and distributed to corporate counsel nationwide.

To identify “Go-To Law Firms,” ALM researchers asked general counsel at Fortune 500 companies which outside law firms they turn to most often for assistance in the practice areas of litigation, corporate transactions/mergers and acquisitions, securities, labor and employment, intellectual property, Canadian law, and international law. Researchers also considered data gathered from various public record resources, including court dockets and securities filings as well as leading legal and business publications.
