easyhome Ltd. Announces Resignation of Five Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2011) - easyhome Ltd. (TSX:EH) announced that Rodney Adams, James Bowland, Walter (Bud) Gates, Steven Richardson, and G. Wesley Voorheis resigned today as directors of the Company. Donald K. Johnson, Chairman of the Board, said: "We thank the departing directors for their service. The Company's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee will immediately begin the process of nominating new directors for appointment prior to the next Annual General Meeting. The Board has full confidence in management and in the continued direction of the Company."
