Local Entrepreneurs ‘Pump’ Up Community

The new 28,500 square-foot Gold’s Gym offers a variety of convenient health and fitness options for the local community. Equipped with state-of-the-art strength equipment as well as cardio machines outfitted with personalized LCD television screens and iPod docking stations, the club features spacious, full-service locker rooms, a juice bar, indoor cycling, a personal training studio, group exercise classes, kid's club, nutrition counseling and personal training, among other amenities. Plus, members can enjoy watching movies in a darkened room while exercising on cardio equipment in the gym’s exclusive cardio cinema.

Spending most of their lives in central Pennsylvania, Jim and Dianne opened the new Gold’s Gym location December 1. Dianne has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, eight working directly with Gold’s Gym as a director of group fitness, and Jim spent the last 25 years in executive-level positions working in several leadership and executive development roles. As they began looking at the next stage in their professional careers, they determined that owning a Gold’s Gym franchise was the right fit for them.

Gold’s Gym of Linglestown is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
