Value Place Franchise Services LLC Expands Franchise Development Team

Rising Brand Continues To Grow, Adds Andy Anderson And Glenn Gordon

January 26, 2012 // Franchising.com // Wichita, Kan. – Value Place, the largest economy extended stay lodging franchise in the United States, announces the addition of two key members to its franchise development team. Andy Anderson and Glenn Gordon are appointed Vice Presidents of Franchise Development to continue driving Value Place’s rapid advancement in the short-term residential industry.

Anderson is a native of Scottsdale, AZ and is responsible for franchise development in the western half of the United States. In this role, he will leverage more than 15 years of business development and legal experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, Anderson served as the Interim General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Development for Infinity Capital Alliance. During his career, he has been a critical part of business development teams for GE Capital Solutions- Hospitality Finance and Citi Hospitality Finance, Troon Golf, and Billy Casper Golf. Anderson was also a partner at Sandman and Savrann, a national law firm specializing in representing clients in the hospitality industry.

Gordon is from Charlotte, NC and is responsible for Value Place growth in the eastern part of the United States. Most recently, he was Director of Franchise Development for Select Service and Extended Stay at Choice Hotels International, where he specialized in achieving significant sales growth and improvements in company profitability since 2008. He has had repeated success leading large sales teams throughout project lifecycles, determining project feasibility, evaluating proposed site potential, and making informed decisions regarding potential franchise buyers. Prior to Choice Hotels International, Gordon was the Director of Krav Maga Worldwide in Los Angeles, CA where he played a key role in developing its new division. Tasked with managing the physical launch and expansion efforts, he grew domestic and international locations from one to an impressive 24.
