January 31, 2012 - Las Vegas – Each year, ActionCOACH honors some of its top coaches with an ActionMAN Award. This award is given to coaches who embody the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH. At this year’s Americas Conference held at the Hilton Memphis, in Memphis, Tennessee, Rick Crossland of Columbus, Ohio was one of the winners.
The Founder and Chairman of ActionCOACH, Brad Sugars, presented Crossland with the ActionMAN Award.
“Rick is one of the most abundant coaches we have in the ActionCOACH system and it shows in the relationships he has with his clients,” Sugars said.
Crossland is no stranger to earning awards for his hard work, but any time an ActionCOACH Business Coach earns a company award is special.
“I can’t believe I won this award,” Crossland said. “There are so many great coaches out there, so winning is a tremendous honor. Thank you Brad, my team and everyone else who contributed to my success this year.”
