Thom Finn Wins ActionMAN Award at 2012 Americas Conference

ActionMAN Award honors coaches that best exemplify ActionCOACH’s 14 Points of Culture.

January 31, 2012 - Las Vegas - Each year ActionCOACH awards some of its top coaches with an ActionMAN Award, to coaches who embody the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH. At this year’s Americas Conference held at the Hilton Memphis, in Memphis, Tennessee, Thom Finn of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was one of the winners.

ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the ActionMAN Award to Finn.

“Thom has had an amazing year despite facing some major issues,” Sugars said. “He is truly the embodiment of so many of the ActionCOACH Points of Culture that is an honor to have him as a major part of the ActionCOACH team.”

Finn and his firm were among the big winners on the evening, coming away honors for Firm of the Year and Coaches’ Choice Coach of the Year.
