Tony Marder Wins ActionMAN Award at 2012 Americas Conference

ActionMAN Award winners embody ActionCOACH’s 14 Points of Culture.

January 31, 2012 - Las Vegas – Each year, ActionCOACH honors some of its top coaches with an ActionMAN Award. This award is given to coaches who embody the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH. At this year’s Americas Conference held at the Hilton Memphis, in Memphis, Tennessee, Tony Marder of Gastonville, North Carolina was one of the winners.

The Founder and Chairman of ActionCOACH, Brad Sugars, presented Marder with the ActionMAN Award.

“Tony has already made a tremendous impact on the businesses he has worked with and I’m sure we can expect a lot more of the same in the future,” Sugars said.

Coming from a corporate background, Marder decided that he needed to do more with himself to feel a sense of accomplishment and purpose in his career.

“ActionCOACH has changed my life,” Marder said, “In my previous career I was playing small. As an ActionCOACH I’m not playing small anymore. These days I’m playing huge and this award is proof of that. I thank you all.”
