RadioShack Corporation Sets Date for Fourth-Quarter 2011 Earnings Announcement

FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 9, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) will host a live webcast of its fourth-quarter earnings conference call with investors starting at 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, to review financial results for the fourth quarter, which ended Dec. 31, 2011.

RadioShack also will issue a news release summarizing its fourth-quarter results and intends to file its Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission before the start of market trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Feb. 21, 2012.
