Steamatic’s CEO Summit for Franchise Owners is Designed to Drive Revenue and Growth at the Local Level

Quarterly meetings offer franchise owners innovative exercises and planning techniques to boost referrals and profits.

February 14, 2012 // Franchising.com // Fort Worth, Texas – In an ongoing effort to provide the training and tools needed to boost revenue and growth, Steamatic, Inc., the industry leader in cleaning and restoration services in more than 500 franchise territories in the United States and in 25 countries around the world, has partnered with Violand Management Associates to hold quarterly CEO Summits. These training and education forums, created exclusively for Steamatic, challenge franchise owners to achieve consistently high performance levels.

During the next Summit, March 8-9, 2012 in Kansas City, MO, Violand Management will lead the group in demonstrating how to get the most from a team by understanding what shapes employee behavior and how to mold it for maximum performance. This work is done through innovative exercises and planning techniques. Specific topics include dealing with difficult and disruptive behaviors, coaching techniques to help staff people outperform competition, and discussing the important fundamentals of management.
