Fireman's Contractors, Inc. Confirms Its Eligibility to Sell Franchises in Florida

DALLAS, Feb. 21, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Fireman's Contractors, Inc. (OTCBB: FRCN) (OTCQB: FRCN) today announced the company's eligibility to sell franchise territories within the State of Florida. The company has received confirmation from the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services that effective January 19, 2012, Fireman's Contractors is legally allowed to market and sell franchises in Florida, in accordance with the Florida Sale of Business Opportunities Act.
