MaidPro Ranks in Top 10 for Highest Franchisee Satisfaction Among All Franchisors and Number 1 for Maid Systems
MaidPro announced today that it has, once again, ranked first in Franchise Business Review’s 2012 FBR 50 — Franchisee Satisfaction Awards among maid franchise systems.
Boston, MA (PRWEB) February 27, 2012 - MaidPro announced today that it has, once again, ranked first in Franchise Business Review’s 2012 FBR 50 — Franchisee Satisfaction Awards among maid franchise systems. In addition to ranking number one among maid service franchise companies, MaidPro ranked 7th among all franchisors studied by FBR.
In reaction to the news, long-time MaidPro franchisee Greg Ford of Tulsa, Okla., said “I think what makes us competitive is the great chemistry we have as a community. We have great relationships with our MaidPro Home Office, a strong sense of community among MaidPro franchisees, and positive relationships with our employees. The other differentiators for MaidPro are our advanced technology and constant innovation. With this combination of strengths going for us, I can see why MaidPro was ranked so well in this review.”
Franchise Business Review annually recognizes franchisors with the highest overall franchisee satisfaction based on a broad survey of operators. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions, relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle, and other demographic characteristics. Franchise Business Review contacts thousands of franchisees individually and achieves an average participation rate of 70% in its annual study.
“While many franchise awards are determined by unit growth, we believe franchisee satisfaction is paramount,” says MaidPro CEO Mark Kushinsky. “When franchise companies focus too much attention on growth, it can hurt franchisee satisfaction as attention to support can suffer. At MaidPro we have made a conscious decision to expand at a rate that empowers us to nurture each franchisee and deliver consistently high levels of service across our system.”
