Panda Dry Cleaners LLC Announces Grand Opening of Tide Dry Cleaners® in Phoenix

Village of Ahwatukee Franchise Aims to “Change Dry Cleaning for Good”

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Panda Dry Cleaners LLC (PDC), in collaboration with Procter & Gamble (P&G), is bringing industry-leading innovation and breakthrough cleaning technology to its customers with the Grand Opening of its newest Tide Dry Cleaners® store, at 3956 East Chandler Boulevard in the Village of Ahwatukee. This location is the first to open in Arizona, and is the second Tide Dry Cleaners franchise opened under Panda Dry Cleaners LLC.

The new Phoenix-area location hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening Celebration on Tuesday, February 21st, with city officials, members of the local media, and other invited guests. The new store also offered Free Dry Cleaning for local residents on Tuesday, February 21st and Wednesday, February 22nd, with strong initial response and interest from the greater Phoenix community.

As part of the two-day celebration, Panda Dry Cleaners and P&G also celebrated and promoted their partnership with the local non-profit Dress for Success® Phoenix, who had staff members on site accepting donations of clean, gently-used business or business casual garments for disadvantaged women who are returning to or entering the workplace. “With our store opening here in Phoenix, we’re excited to be able to give back locally through our partnership with Dress for Success,” said Mark Tarzian, Chief Operating Officer, Panda Dry Cleaning LLC. Customers can drop off their donations to the Phoenix-area Tide Dry Cleaners store at any time during normal business hours.
