PuroClean, Inc. Forms Charitable Partnership with the American Red Cross
PuroClean Pledges $250,000 in 2012 to the Disaster Responder Program
February 28, 2012 // Franchising.com // PuroClean, Inc., a national property emergency restoration company, announced today that it has partnered with the American Red Cross as a member of the Red Cross Disaster Responder Program. PuroClean will be the first partner in the American Red Cross’ history to have the distinct privilege of incorporating the American Red Cross Disaster Responder Program logo on all PuroClean collateral and on all vehicles throughout North America.
PuroClean will provide support to the Disaster Responder Program by donating on an ongoing basis, in advance of major disasters, to help the Red Cross ensure an immediate response to meet the needs of those affected by disasters of all sizes, at no cost and regardless of income.
The partnership between the American Red Cross and the nationwide restoration company is a natural fit because both organizations’ mission is to support victims of disaster and effectively respond to the needs of those affected by working to restore their livelihoods to pre-disaster state.

PuroClean, in addition to their traditional residential response, launched their Large Loss and Catastrophe Operations teams in support of the restoration industry, in 2011. Together, they are comprised of disaster restoration experts with more than 100 years of combined experience in 1,000+ large loss projects. PuroClean deploys the Large Loss team to offices throughout North America to mitigate and restore large-scale property disasters caused by hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, fires, and other emergencies.
Generous gifts from Disaster Responder members offset a range of expenses in the wake of domestic disasters including warehouse supplies, shelter and feeding costs, deploying a fleet of disaster response vehicles and reconnecting individuals separated during disaster.
PuroClean’s franchises will work with local Red Cross chapters on a number of fundraising events throughout the year to help raise funds for the Disaster Responder Program. These events will be comprised of golf outings, luncheons and bowling tournaments.
PuroClean has also served as a major partner in American Red Cross disaster recovery projects, including helping to rebuild Haiti in the wake of the devastating earthquake of January 2010.
