Unique Pizza and Subs Announces Master Franchisee in Denver

PITTSBURGH, March 5, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTC Markets Groups Inc.: OTC Pink: UPZS) a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce it has signed a Master franchise agreement with Bridgton Holding Group LLC. Their team will assign the necessary people to help facilitate the full completion of this 30 year Master Agreement. The Bridgton Holding Group and UPZS have agreed to a 30 year Master Franchise Agreement, which calls for them to open 20+ locations throughout the Denver market. They will work with UPZS to open their own and franchised Unique Pizza locations, this group will help market, train, order product, negotiate local deals, convert and open new locations.
