NEEDHAM, Mass., March 7, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Get In Shape For Women—a fast-growing women's fitness franchise that offers small group personal training and nutrition support—will expand its presence on the East Coast in 2012 by opening 10 new units in New Jersey, where there are currently nine locations in operation. The company plans to add more than 60 locations in the state over the next three years.

"Due to the overwhelming success we've seen in New Jersey, we hope to open new locations serving the communities of Wayne, East Brunswick, Morristown, Princeton, and Westwood over the next year," says Brian Cook, founder and CEO of the fitness chain. About Get In Shape For Women

Launched in 2006 in Bedford, Mass., Get In Shape For Women seeks to transform the lives of women with a business model focused entirely on results. A personal trainer works with up to four women at a time in a private, upscale studio for as little as $19 per session. Personal trainers help clients set a measurable, reasonable goal and the client is held accountable for reaching it, with weight and body-fat percentage checked every two weeks.
