The host and any attendees are prompted to purchase a digital gift card as part of the invite. As guests RSVP for a game-viewing event, they will be prompted to purchase a digital gift card that can be personalized with an image, text and audio message for the host, guests or anyone else. Even guests that are not able to attend can join in on the fun. After selecting “Not Attending” to the invite, invitees have the option to send an Applebee’s gift card with a custom message such as, “First round of appetizers are on me!” for their friends to enjoy.
