Franchise Information Session to be held April 1 in San Francisco

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving is expanding throughout California and is seeking franchisees for the San Francisco Bay area and Northern California.

“We receive numerous requests for service at our call center on a daily basis.”

Jason Killough, Director of Franchise Development for College Hunks, says the time is right to expand the company’s California presence. “We already have customer demand in California,” said Killough. “We receive numerous requests for service at our call center on a daily basis.”

College Hunks Hauling Junk was founded in 2003 by Omar Soliman and Nick Friedman, both college students at the time. What started with two guys trying to earn extra money with a borrowed van has grown into a large and successful national junk removal and moving company.

“The junk removal and moving business is one of the industries that has actually expanded during this recession. It may not sound like a glamorous business, but we put a clean, crisp image on it,” said Nick Friedman, President and Co-founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving.

Killough is hosting a free franchise information session for all interested entrepreneurs at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco at 345 Stockton Street on April 1 from 2-4pm.
