Krispy Kreme to Release Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Results and Discuss Management's Outlook for Fiscal 2013 on March 20, 2012

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., March 15, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 29, 2012 on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, shortly after the market closes. The Company plans to host a conference call to review the results and management's outlook for fiscal 2013 at 4:30 p.m. (ET) that day.
