Jamba Juice® to Host National Hiring Day on March 27, 2012

Company to Recruit and Conduct On-Site Interviews in 80 Stores across the Nation and Plans to Add Over 2,500 Summer Jobs

EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 19, 2012-- Jamba Juice Company (NASDAQ: JMBA), a leading healthy, active lifestyle company, announced today that on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, it will host a National Hiring Day from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in 80 stores across the nation with a goal to recruit and hire youth for summer employment. The National Hiring Day will help Jamba® support its pledge to generate over 2,500 summer jobs as part of the Obama Administration’s 2012 Summer Jobs+ campaign.

This is Jamba’s second year participating in the Obama Administration’s Summer Jobs initiative. Last Spring, Jamba Juice stepped forward and committed to hire 2,500 young people across the country. With the help of their franchise partners, the Company exceeded their 2011 goal by several hundred hires.
