Northern Virginia Real Estate Company Hosts Second Successful Home Builder Expo

RE/MAX Select Properties, a Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, recently hosted their second New Home Builder Expo showcasing new homes in Loudoun County

Ashburn, VA (PRWEB) March 20, 2012 - RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., a Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, recently hosted its second New Home Builder Expo this past Thursday which drew in a variety of members from the local real estate community and gave over 20 local builders the opportunity to showcase new and existing communities in the Loudoun County area.

Michael Brown, Executive Director of Marketing and Sales for Creighton Enterprises, Inc. said, “This was a great event that was fun and hopefully very informative for agents and clients looking for new homes. We look forward to meeting with several of the new contacts again to build a new custom home.”

Over 200 agents and potential home buyers browsed the builder line-up, which included companies such as M/I Homes, Creighton Farms, Toll Brothers, Van Metre Homes, Carr Homes, Ryan Homes, Fairhaven Properties, and several more. This is the second event of its kind put on by the innovative real estate company, who quickly committed to this month’s event after hosting the first Home Builder Expo at the end of December.

“The New Home Builder Expo has proven to be a very beneficial and informational networking event for those in both the real estate industry and the community” said Phyllis Stakem, Broker/Co-Owner. “It has become a great way for the local builders to market their business to a number of potential consumers in the area and for local agents to become aware of the changes and new developments happening around town.”
