Zombie Coffee Arrives At Fro.Zen.Yo

ZOMBIE COFFEE debuted at the Fro.Zen.Yo on F Street near Metro Center this week to enthusiastic reviews by Fro.Zen.Yo customers. Following the same self serve model as the delicious frozen yogurt brand, ZOMBIE COFFEE is always fresh, affordable and people will be able to get in and out in less than two minutes.
“We chose the name ZOMBIE COFFEE because you feel like a zombie in the morning before you get your first cup of coffee, said Fro.Zen.Yo Director of Franchising, Michael Rendelman. Our mission at Fro.Zen.Yo is to Adapt-Evolve-Energize-Synergize. The ZOMBIE COFFEE brand does just that, and will give our Fro.Zen.Yo franchisees the opportunity to expand their product offering to their customers. ZOMBIE COFFEE creates a reason for Fro.Zen.Yo customers to visit in the mornings and during the winter months with another self serve option. We even went as far as to create a ZOMBIE COFFEE frozen yogurt.”
ZOMBIE COFFEE will be available at Fro.Zen.Yo’s F Street location starting at 6:45 a.m. ZOMBIE COFFEE currently offers two drip coffee options, Zombie and Zombie Double Bold. While drip coffee is the first part of the roll out, it will eventually expand to specialty coffee beverages such as cappuccino, espresso, and lattes, also in a self-serve format, in other Fro.Zen.Yo locations where space permits. ZOMBIE COFFEE will also evolve to offer iced coffees. The pricing structure is important and ZOMBIE COFFEE will be offered at the low price point of $1.45 for a Large cup and $1.85 for an X-Large cup, including all the extra flavorings such as vanilla, caramel, etc.
“We are also very excited about the beans and they have been specifically roasted to our specifications, said Emmanuel Gonzales, Director of Store Operations for Fro.Zen.Yo. At this time, we are not divulging our coffee bean and roasting sources”. Emmanuel was an 8 year veteran of multiple Starbucks locations when he joined Fro.Zen.Yo and he has guided Fro.Zen.Yo through the roll out of ZOMBIE COFFEE with his industry expertise.
Fro.Zen.Yo’s frozen yogurt is low fat and low calorie.The Fro.Zen.Yo menu features 16 flavors of frozen yogurt and a variety of fresh fruit and candy toppings. Customers get to choose any combination of flavors and toppings, all for the low price of $.39 per ounce. Fro.Zen.Yo offers free hot fudge and also offers Deer Park bottled water for $.29.
