GRANTS PASS, OR--(Marketwire - Apr 2, 2012) - Dutch Bros. Coffee has launched Dutch Bros. Blue Rebel, an exclusive new energy drink developed by and for the Grants Pass, Ore.-based company. The 8.4-oz. cans will be available at all Dutch Bros. drive-thrus.
