Morris County, N.J (PRWEB) April 03, 2012 - Fitness franchise giant CKO Kickboxing is participating in a 10 Week Inter-Gym Challenge. "This Inter-Gym Challenge is a motivational competition that will challenge participants to reach their health and fitness goals," says CKO Kickboxing franchise owner Isaac Beal. During the challenge, challengers will be required to participate in an online forum to post pictures of meals, ask questions, learn new things regarding proper nutrition and motivate other challengers.
The Inter-Gym challenge commenced on March 19, 2012 and will conclude on May 28, 2012. All participants of this Inter-Gym Challenge must be current CKO Kickboxing members in good standing, and their membership must not expire prior to the end of this challenge.
"CKO Kickboxing wants uses this challenge to thoroughly engage and inspire particpants on their health and fitness journey," says Founder of CKO Kickboxing Joe Andreula. Accountability is one of the key components that keeps participants on track. Challengers already take kickboxing classes, which the trainers believe is an integral component to further the challengers health and fitness. Nutrition is another essential element to achieving great results. CKO instructors will demystify and explain how to properly fuel the challengers body and mind.
Each challenger must set a goal. "What are they trying to achieve? Weight Loss? Body fat reduction? Lowering cholesterol? Remember to be SMART - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely – when deciding on their personal goal." says Andreula
Members are required to maintain a daily log of food and beverages consumed. CKO has partnered with the online services of FitId.com. This platform allows each challenger to record workouts and meals, stay in touch with fellow challengers, post questions and learn from others. FitID.com is available online via their website, with the IPhone App or Android (soon to be released) app.
Be inspired, Be motivated, Be committed. "Together, CKO will get you there," encourages Beal, “Get After It!” he adds.
