15-year Bojangles' Restaurant Operator Opens 7th Bojangles' Location

April 05, 2012 // Franchising.com // Charlotte, N.C. -  Bo Cherry, LLC continues to satisfy Charlotte residents’ craving for Bojangles’ “Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits” with the opening of its newest location at 4131 Statesville Road in Charlotte on April 2, 2012.

Situated off I-85, the new Bojangles’ features drive-thru and in-store dining beginning with breakfast and continuing through dinner late into the evening. The new Bojangles’ location opens after a complete renovation of the existing building during the past year. Spanning more than 3,600 square feet, the new location carries on the Bojangles’ warm, family-friendly tradition in a spacious environment.

“We are thrilled to open a new restaurant in Charlotte and to offer a dining experience unlike any other restaurant in the quick-serve chicken category,” said Raj Pathak, President of Bo Cherry, LLC, who owns and operates seven Bojangles’ restaurants in the area. “In addition to serving Bojangles’ distinctive array of chicken dishes, fresh buttermilk biscuits and fixin’s, our service standards will win over our guests from the moment they walk in the store or visit our drive-thru.”

Charlotte’s new Bojangles’ can seat up to 76 guests. The unique interior and exterior design enhancements reflect Bojangles’ shift towards fast casual dining, blending quick-service with a casual dining atmosphere. Plus, at the drive-thru, Bojangles’ is setting the industry standard, turning orders routinely in less than a minute.

Beyond service touches, Bojangles’ attracts customers with its proprietary, made-from-scratch fare offering a flavor profile unlike anything in the market. Meal options are available all day, including breakfast at all hours. Upwards of 25 local residents are employed at the new Charlotte restaurant.
