Orlando, Florida Based Weichert, Realtors® - Hallmark Properties is Seventh Time Top U.S. Company

For the seventh consecutive year since joining the Weichert franchise network, central Florida's Weichert, Realtors® - Hallmark Properties earned the top company Pinnacle Award.

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) April 05, 2012 - At the end of the 2011 awards presentations season for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates (WREA), Orlando, Florida-based Weichert, Realtors® - Hallmark Properties was honored as the organization’s No. 1 company system-wide-- for the seventh consecutive year. The “2011 Pinnacle Award” is on display at Orlando headquarters, along with six other crystal engraved trophies that represent the company’s unbroken record at the top.

WREA President Martin J. Rueter reminded attendees that “there is only one top agent, one top office, and one top company each year.” Rueter and Senior Vice President Bill Scott were on hand to present the award to President/Broker/Owner Steve Pilchick, who brought the Weichert brand to central Florida in 2005. The 16-office company has won the top spot every year since joining Weichert by achieving the greatest annual GCI (Gross Commission Income) among affiliates in, currently, 37 states coast-to-coast.

“We continue to be impressed with Steve and his unstoppable crew of managers and agents,” Scott said. “Nothing, not even a down market, has ever held them back from their enthusiasm for selling Florida real estate.”

Pilchick had much to say about his branch managers, staff and mostly, the agents, thanking them for their “tireless dedication to providing quality service to people who are new to the central Florida market, as well as lifelong clients who need help moving around within our beautiful state.”
