Turkish Franchisee Signs Development Agreement; Opens Two Villa Enterprise Restaurants

U.S.-Based Franchisor Expands Global Portfolio of QSR Concepts

April 16, 2012 // Franchising.com // MORRISTOWN, N.J. – Villa Enterprises Management Ltd., Inc. (and its affiliates, Villa Enterprises), the global multi-concept restaurant franchisor, announced today the grand opening of its first Villa Italian Kitchen and South Philly Steaks & Fries locations in Istanbul, Turkey, located in the Buyaka Shopping Centre. Under an exclusive development deal with a Turkish franchisee, in addition to the operation of the two new locations, future Villa Italian Kitchens and South Philly Steaks & Fries will be launched and operated throughout Turkey.

Both quick service restaurants (QSR) add to Villa’s growing and diverse concept portfolio in the U.S. and abroad. These openings also signal the international debut of Villa’s newest concept, Villa Italian Kitchen, an Italian-American inspired QSR featuring fresh ingredients and treasured, old-world family recipes.
