From top to bottom, each Carvel retail location has undergone a classic cool transformation, including fresh paint, new graphics and updated menu boards and signage. Employees will greet customers in retro-inspired uniforms. Even the Carvel logo has been re-engineered to reflect the brand's nostalgic nod.
It's not just the look of your neighborhood Carvel that's changed. Guests will enjoy a number of new sweet experiences, such as browsing cake designs, including new signature square shapes, via a digital cake book. And, the classic Carvel treat featuring the best soft serve ice cream cone in the business dipped in bonnet has also undergone a makeover. Customers can choose from a variety of new bonnet flavors, including caramel, cotton candy, peanut butter and cake mix, and watch as their cone is hand dipped before their eyes.
