Fuddruckers® Brings Daily Breakfast to Houston's Greenway Plaza Location

HOUSTON, May 3, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Fuddruckers® is out to prove to the Greenway Plaza area of Houston that it not only makes the World's Greatest Hamburgers®, but also a delicious breakfast. Beginning today, the recently renovated, fast casual restaurant at 3929 Southwest Freeway – just north of West University Place inside the 610 Loop – will cater to the morning crowd.

Peter Tropoli, Chief Operating Officer, stated "We are now pleased to offer our guests a Fuddruckers-style breakfast every day at our Greenway Plaza store. Our big grill easily accommodates a wide range of classic and local breakfast favorites in the Fuddruckers tradition. Customers can then customize their morning meal at the legendary Build Your Own® bar with condiments, salsas and produce in the same way they are able to top off their hamburgers at lunch and dinner. We are also available to cater business meetings in house, as well as to bring the world's greatest breakfast to your office or meeting site."

Delicious and designed to cater to a variety of audiences and schedules, the menu showcases an array of mouth-watering breakfast platters and sides. Highlights include the American Breakfast, which includes two eggs any style, breakfast potatoes, Texas toast and a choice of bacon, pork sausage or turkey sausage; traditional or whole grain waffles and pancakes; migas; ranchero eggs; breakfast burritos; steak & eggs; plus breakfast tacos.

Available from 7 am seven days a week, the menu transitions to lunch at 11 am, when guests can return for their fix of Original or Specialty burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and platters. Diners can also put a personal spin on their refreshments with the Coca-Cola Freestyle® system, which boasts more than 100 soda flavors.
