Realty Executives International Announces New Master Franchise Agreement in Southeast Asia

New agreement includes five new countries being added to the company’s worldwide presence.

PHOENIX - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Realty Executives International is pleased to announce its recent worldwide expansion by signing a master franchise agreement for Southeast Asia. The new agreement will encompass the major business markets of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Hong Kong. The Realty Executives Southeast Asia master region was acquired by Gary Pundsack and Bill Chambers’ holding company TREBCO | Global.

Pundsack, chairman and chief executive officer, and Chambers, vice chairman, have compiled an aggressive growth plan for the expansion of the Realty Executives brand in Southeast Asia. The pair's first priority will be to establish the Realty Executives brand in both Hong Kong and Singapore by identifying potential acquisitions or joint ventures in those areas. Their growth strategy includes opening multiple offices overseas in the next five years.

In addition to their strategic approach at location selection, Realty Executives Southeast Asia will focus heavily on utilizing the Realty Executives International systems and tools to provide technology platforms to meet the needs of both franchisees and consumers.

In addition to acquiring the master franchise rights for Realty Executives in Southeast Asia, Pundsack and Chambers have also acquired the Realty Executives franchise rights in Southern California for the prestigious areas of Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Venice and West Los Angeles. They plan to open brokerage offices in both Santa Monica and Brentwood in the next 12 months and then in other cities over the next few years.
