Krispy Kreme to Release Fiscal 2013 First Quarter Results and Discuss Management's Outlook for the Full Year on May 21, 2012

Company to Present at Investor Conferences on May 22 and June 5, 2012

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., May 14, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) plans to release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013 on Monday, May 21, 2012, before the market opens. The Company plans to host a conference call to review the results and management's outlook for the balance of fiscal 2013 at 8:00 a.m. (ET) that day.
