FirstLight Homecare Announces New Director of Franchise Development

After eight years working in franchise sales and development for various companies, Neff brings his business acumen and franchising expertise to his new position at FirstLight. In his new role, he will be responsible for guiding well-qualified franchise candidates through the franchise award process.

An accomplished franchise development leader for both start up and emerging concepts with demonstrated results, Neff joined FirstLight after spending almost four years with Wireless Zone in a development role and two years with Contours Express, LLC prior. During his time with Wireless Zone, he increased the number of store locations in the Midwest from 29 locations to 150, making the Midwest the fastest growing region in new units. Similarly, at Contours, he directed the franchise sales department in increasing the franchise from 200 units to 600 units in 25 countries. Additionally, Neff worked as a franchise consultant where he helped develop and implement marketing and advertising plans, recommended improvements for franchise sales processes and lead generation programs, and reviewed and suggested improvements to enhance company business models.
