Unique Dahn Yoga Workshop for Inspired Young People

Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc. is thrilled to announce that its recent Young Earth Human Alliance ("YEHA" ) Camp was an incredible success. 

Gilbert, Arizona (PRWEB) May 24, 2012 - There is a unique Dahn Yoga workshop that includes a special mind body program for young people called the Young Earth Human Alliance (YEHA). The YEHA Camp, developed by the national leader in health and wellness, took place at Honors Haven in upstate New York in late March and recently at Sedona Mago Retreat Center, near Sedona, Arizona. The event welcomed a number of notable young people to get in shape and find ways to truly understand their dreams and ambitions. The event featured nature walks and meditation techniques. The event allowed scores of young individuals to build self-confidence and engage in exercises to explore their true hopes and dreams.

YEHA campers spend time with nature and practice Dahn Yoga meditation techniques in order to hone in on their ultimate life goals. One camper mentioned that "It was an empowering experience that answered a lot of questions...I was able to drop so many negative emotions and reconnect with myself."

For interested young people, and even some who are "young at heart", they can develop a deeper immersion in Dahn Yoga practice at future YEHA camps throughout the year. More information is available at local Dahn Yoga center and online at dahnyoga.com.
