Dave Bromund Elected to Board of Directors or HFMA – Indiana Pressler Memorial Chapter
May 30, 2012 // Franchising.com // INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announces that Dave Bromund has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s (HFMA) Indiana Pressler Memorial Chapter. He also serves as Chair of the Public Policy Committee of the Board. His term begins June 1, 2012.
Bromund is a partner and co-chair of Taft’s Health & Life Sciences practice group. He regularly advises clients on legal, business and regulatory aspects of complex business transactions primarily in the health industry. His practice includes all aspects of health law with particular emphasis on serving as lead counsel in complex business transactions. Bromund’s holds an undergraduate degree from Wabash College and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
