Souper Salad Opens Newest Location in Midland, TX
Restaurant's grand opening is scheduled for June 4.

The restaurant is located at N. Midkiff and Loop 250 in front of Albertson’s and is owned and operated by Midland locals Vance and Patrick Poe. It is the first location owned by this father and son team.
“Patrick and I are very excited to bring the Souper Salad concept to Midland,” said Vance Poe. “When we lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we ate at Souper Salad all the time. When we discovered that it was franchising, we jumped at the chance to bring a great-tasting, healthy menu to the folks of Midland.”
The 4,100 square foot interior features an all-new look for the restaurant chain. The prototype has an expanded service format and a dedicated takeout area. Upgraded seating for 152 guests, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fresh color scheme complete the experience.
Souper Salad’s menu features a variety of made-from-scratch soups, fresh salads and fruit, delicious breads, baked potatoes, and dessert. Menu items change daily and seasonally so customers can try something new as well as savor old favorites. This summer, featured items include Fresh Strawberry Salad and Barbecue Sausage Soup.
