According to G.I. Jobs and its survey results, the list represents “the top 10 percent of the nation’s franchises that are doing the most to recruit military veterans.” The methodology for evaluation was based 40% for a franchises’ success in recruiting military and veterans, 30% for the franchise’s participation in veteran recruiting programs such as VetFran, and 30% for financial commitment to recruiting vets and helpful incentives.
