Paul Davis National Hires New Staff With Account and Project Managers

June 08, 2012 // Franchising.com // Jacksonville, Fla. - Paul Davis National, large loss specialists for Paul Davis Restoration, has named Kristen Schultz as account manager and Winston Bean as project manager. Schultz will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to customers along with project coordination, quality control, and internal and external job communications. Bean will be responsible for estimating and overseeing large loss projects in flooding, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, wind damage and other catastrophic events. He will oversee the company's emergency services staff which provides commercial property owners with 24 hour assistance.

Shultz has more than six years of experience with Paul Davis. Most recently, she served as business development manager for the Paul Davis franchise in northern Illinois. During this time, she was responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities and customer relations with insurance agents, adjusters and property owners along with continuing education classes, tradeshows, conferences, workshops and community service activities. Bean has more than 28 years of experience in the general contracting, construction and homebuilding industry, disaster recovery field, and as an insurance adjustor. He is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration, and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Applied Microbial Remediation. He holds a private pilot license and is certified to fly multi-engine instrument and aerobatic airplanes.
