Haynes and Boone Franchise Practice Draws Praise in Chambers USA

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) June 11, 2012 - Editors of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2012 have singled out the Haynes and Boone, LLP Franchise and Distribution practiceas one of the nation’s best, setting it apart from all others in the Dallas market.

Partner Jan Gilbertof the Washington, D.C. office made his debut in Band 4, while Austin Partner Robert Lauer joined as “up and coming.” Editors said that Gilbert is "very sophisticated and impressive" and highly regarded for his technical skills. Lauer, who concentrates on international transactions, “is an outstanding lawyer," Chambers quoted sources saying.
