Northern Virginia Real Estate Company Receives Exciting Update about New Urban Development

RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., a Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, is first real estate company to attend One Loudoun presentation.

Ashburn, VA (PRWEB) June 12, 2012 - RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., a Northern Virginia Real EstateCompany, was invited to be the first real estate company to view a presentation featuring the exciting up-and-coming community One Loudoun in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Broker/Owner Phyllis Stakem said, “I feel it is very important that our agents are well versed in all the new real estate projects in Loudoun County and Western Fairfax. One Loudoun is an exciting project that allows people to live, work and play in the same community. It will bring a much needed urban flavor to the county. ”

The presentation highlighted the community’s mission of an all-encompassing place for living, working, shopping dining and recreation. The key speakers to provide knowledge on its new urban development included Julie Dillon, Director of Marketing, Keith Kidder, Project Manager, Terri Bonfils, Welcome Center Manager, Jane Slusser, Community Sales Manager of Camberley Homes and Karen Leier, Sales and Marketing Representative of NV Homes.

Each speaker shared their knowledge and expertise on the project development. The overall enthusiasm filled the room and excited the attendees on what is to come. One Loudoun will soon be announcing a list of cutting edge retailers that will be signing on to the project.
