TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Seeking To Hire Military Veterans To Fill Hundreds Of Positions Nationwide

The nation's fastest-growing moving company to attend National Veterans Small Business Conference to bolster veteran hiring effort.

LANSING, Mich., June 18, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- Just as TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® opened its 224th franchise with the help of new franchisee and United States Air Force veteran Terry Bruns, the Company is also looking to add more veteran employees ahead of the busy summer moving season. To advance the effort, the Company will participate in The National Veterans Small Business Conference at Detroit's Cobo Center June 26-28. The national conference is expected to attract thousands of veterans, business owners and federal employees.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® hopes to identify prospective employees among the veterans in attendance, as well as those vets across the nation actively working with The United States Department of Veteran Affairs to find work.

The nation's largest franchised moving company has a number of positions to fill, including managers, customer service representatives, administrative staff and movers. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® currently has a number of U.S. military veterans and active ROTC personnel working within its system spanning 34 states, and nearly 10 percent of its current franchise operators are veterans. Drew Bullard, director of operations at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Pittsburgh, will be speaking on a panel titled "Veterans Opportunities in Franchising" on June 26 at 3 p.m. at Detroit's Cobo Center.

The event is June 28 at 3:45 p.m. at Detroit's Cobo Center.
