Freshii Expands Global Footprint With New Multi-Unit Deals In Canada And Sweden

They are expanding worldwide with the help of franchise development partner Fransmart, a leader in international franchising. With stores already open in the UAE, Canada and Austria, their two recently inked deals include development agreements for Canada and Sweden.
Farhan Kassam, an experienced international hotel operations executive, signed on for a 4-unit deal in Canada with his sister, Natasha Kassam, which includes 2 units in Toronto and 2 units in Montreal. The Swedish deal was with Charlie Younan, who bought a 5-unit deal for Stockholm County. Younan currently owns independent hotels, as well as one of the largest ice cream shops in the world. The first store openings for both countries are projected for the 4th quarter of 2012.
The deals were signed through Fransmart, the company responsible for the successful launch of franchise programs for Five Guys Burgers and Fries and zpizza.
