Miracle Method Surface Refinishing Opens its First Franchise in Canada

Miracle Method, the largest surface refinishing franchise in the United States, has opened its first Canadian franchise in London, Ontario. 

Colorado Springs, CO (PRWEB) June 27, 2012 - Miracle Method Surface Refinishing, the nation’s largest bathtub, tile and countertop refinishing franchise, has opened its first Canadian franchise in London, Ontario. Chuck Pistor, Miracle Method President, has awarded the franchise to Rick Frank, a former Vice President of Operations with G.N Johnston Equipment and native of London, Ontario. 

With their opening in Canada, Miracle Method will be bringing their 32-year history of transforming ugly bathtubs, tile surrounds, vanity and kitchen countertop surfaces to like new without the mess and expense of removal and replacement. The company not only has thousands of satisfied homeowners as customers, but also every major hotel chain, major colleges, hospitals, nursing homes and property management companies.

Miracle Method customers can save up to 75% of the cost of replacing worn and ugly bathroom fixtures and kitchen and bath countertops by using their proprietary surface refinishing process. “I was looking for a recession resistant business and since saving money never goes out of style, I chose Miracle Method as a great business opportunity,” says Frank. Miracle Method franchisees set sales records in 2011, and 2012 is already pacing ahead of last year.

According to Pistor, Miracle Method has been approached before about opening in Canada, but the prospects lacked the funding, experience and management background to make the venture successful. “Rick has a wealth of management experience, the proper resources and an operations background that make him the ideal owner to introduce Miracle Method’s proprietary surface refinishing process to Canada.”

London, Ontario is also an ideal market for Miracle Method’s first Canadian franchise. It has been a traditional test market for US franchises in Canada, and the country has been very supportive of US based home services companies like Miracle Method. London has an excellent mix of residential and commercial properties that will allow Frank to build his business at an above average pace.

Also in Frank’s favor is Miracle Method’s growth during the recent economic downturn. Over
80% of Miracle Method’s offices had increases in 2011 over 2010 and the company had record sales in 2011. “2012 is already pacing ahead and we’re very optimistic about having another record year,” adds Pistor.

Frank is poised to dominate his market quickly with a major television, radio and newspaper campaign to promote his new business and showroom that he is opening in London. “Advertising is critical when introducing a new concept and I feel that with the plan we have in place, our four graphically wrapped trucks and our money saving message, we will be well known quickly in the market,” says Frank.
